TO THE MIDDLEST OF HEART

In the previous post of my blog I talked about my trip through Peru and Ecuador. Although I did not give more details if I explained that it was a great experience, that is why it deserves to be the protagonist of this post.

The trip was a couple years ago, I think that at the beginning of 2016, my memory is not very good so I do not remember the exact date, however, I started from Santiago with my girlfriend to do hitchhiker to Arica.

We took a week to get there because sometimes no car carry us, despite that we could know many towns. In Arica we stayed for two days and trip to Peru on a bus from Tacna to Lima.

Once in Lima we toured all the tourist places and some not so visited. What I liked most about that city were its catacombs full of bones in tunnels built under the city.

From Lima we traveled to Máncora, in the north of Peru, a beach with warm waters and white sands, although it was a nice place we went to Ecuador to continue meeting.

In Ecuador we reached half of the world in Quito, a place with a large monolith that marked the place where the earth its separeted in two.

Two months, many people known and kilometers of travel and fun.

  1. I've never visited Peru or Ecuador, although I have been to the airport in Lima (I suppose it does not count). I'm little more interested in visiting Ecuador, however.
